About John V. Pinto
Commanding more than 35 years as a residential real estate agent, John V. Pinto, Owner and CEO of Realty World – John V. Pinto & Assoc., Inc. has garnered an impressive list of professional accolades during his career. From his offices in San Jose, John V. Pinto educates buyers and sellers of Santa Clara and surrounding counties about home investing, property improvements, and real estate sales and purchasing.
Graduating from Hunter College of The City University of New York, John V. Pinto has since proven himself exceptionally talented at managing property transactions. In 1989, the San Jose Real Estate Board voted him “Realtor of the Year.” The following year, John V. Pinto received the nomination of President of the San Jose Real Estate Board. In 2005, John V. Pinto graciously accepted a Realty World Broker of the Year award for his outstanding service to Northern California customers. Due largely to his success in the real estate field, John V. Pinto has been a featured speaker at annual conventions for both the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors. Additionally, John V. Pinto holds a certificate in Internet Professionalism from e-PRO, a Certified Residential Specialist Designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, and a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager classification from the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.
